LAVERNE BROWN, aka (PEB) is a passionate speaker, workshop facilitator, and advocate for women, young women and and their families; promoting healing and empowerment. With years of experience supporting women affected by codependency, domestic violence, and challenging relationships, she seeks to create a safe, nurturing space where individuals can heal, grow, and reclaim their strength. Through retreats, workshops, webinars, classes and support groups, she inspires families to live their life with purpose, confidence and hope.
PEBSaid proves that honesty, tears and laughter can coexist with deep healing.

PebTalk Entitled "STEP BACK" : Are Boundaries Betrayal or are they are an act of self-respect, not rejection. This session helps women release the guilt tied to saying “no,” stepping back, or choosing themselves—especially in family, faith, and community spaces where overgiving is often expected. We’ll talk about how to protect your peace without over-explaining, defending, or apologizing for your needs. Learn how healthy boundaries strengthen relationships, preserve emotional well-being, and create room for growth, healing, and joy. *Overnight Stay is optional (Check-In 3pm-5pm)
