Acts 2: 38 And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
If you’ve made the decision to follow Jesus, don’t stop at belief—take the next step. When the people asked, “What shall we do?” Peter answered plainly: “Repent and be baptized… in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” (Acts 2:38). Repentance is your turn—leaving the old life behind and turning fully to God. Baptism is your public “yes,” declaring that your old life is buried and you’re rising into new life in Christ. This is your moment to move from decision to discipleship—step forward, get baptized, and receive what God promised.
